I recently had the honor and opportunity to create art for an auction benefiting a little 5 yo girl named Greta, who is fighting a rare form of bone cancer, Ewing's Sarcoma. I instantly saw my own daughters in this girl and I wondered what I would even do if they were diagnosed with a disease like this at such a young age. I felt like I had no choice but to contribute whatever I could, no matter how "busy" my own life has been, to the cause that would get Greta the treatment she needed.

My contribution was a finished digital piece that was created from my Jesus Carrying the Cross zbrush sculpt from years ago. I had always wanted to finish this out in 2D form so what better chance than now. It started in ZBrush, was decimated, imported in 3ds Max and rendered with Vray. I did a ton of post work in Photoshop too as the initial render was quite basic. I'm not the best 2D painter but I did what I could to try to bring this to life.

And for those of you who don't know, I'm a believer in Jesus Christ and what He claimed to be, my Savior. So that's what I called this one, "Savior".
